Users who have interacted with WebCraft by AA through Facebook Messenger or another supported service may request deletion of personal information associated with their interaction.
How to request deletion
- Email webcraftaa@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Identify the platform used, such as Facebook Messenger.
- Provide enough information for us to locate the relevant conversation or data, such as the email address used or approximate date of contact. Do not send sensitive information unless necessary.
- After verifying the request where reasonably necessary, applicable stored information will be deleted according to our retention and legal obligations.
What happens next
WebCraft by AA will review the request and may ask for reasonable confirmation of identity before acting on it. We will respond using the contact information provided in your request.
Platform-controlled data
Deleting a conversation from Facebook itself, including data controlled by Meta, may be governed separately by Meta’s policies and tools. This request covers information held by WebCraft by AA in connection with your interaction.
